- Ploughing and mowing to control weeds. Never any weed-killers.
- Ultra low yields
- Extreme rigour in all aspects of hand tending the vines.
- Hand de-leafing to promote grape ripeness and colour
- Strictly organic spray program to control diseases and pests.
